Group Class Trainer
Graduate of AWF Katowice, graduate of the coaching course at RockFit Academy. Participant in CrossFit-related training (weightlifting, gymnastics). Polish Champion, and also a medalist in the Polish Championships and international Ju-Jitsu competitions. Active competitor, participant in many national and international CrossFit competitions in the Masters category, including Athens Throwdown in Greece, European Masters Throwdown in Hungary. Winner and medalist in individual and team CrossFit starts in the country. Passionate about healthy eating, cooking, and sport-combat shooting. Loves animals and is devoted to his two beloved Labradors.
