Group Class Trainer
Sport has accompanied him since childhood. For 12 years, he trained football, playing in several clubs. Afterwards, he spent time training at gyms, but his previously developed habits, the need for dynamic training, and competition meant he was still missing something.
In 2014, he began his adventure with kettlebells. He learned the Strong First system and Hardstyle kettlebell methods. They quickly became his passion, driving him daily to act and achieve better results. After gaining appropriate knowledge and experience, in 2016, he began training adepts of this system himself.
Training with others brings him great joy. In his classes, he tries to convey as much as possible to participants, to infect them with his passion, while ensuring their safety and health. The greatest reward and motivation for him is the opportunity to work with his charges, participate in their physical development, and observe how they overcome their weaknesses and make progress – this gives him a lot of power and allows him to return to the gym with even more energy each time.
