Cross Training is a dynamic and versatile class combining elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning. It’s not just a way to improve your physique, but primarily to build strength, endurance, speed, mobility, and overall fitness. Every workout (WOD – Workout of the Day) is different, so there’s no room for routine or boredom.
You don’t need to be an athlete to start – workouts are scaled, meaning every movement and load can be adjusted to your level and condition. Classes are held in a group, but you work towards your own goals and progress, and our coaches always oversee technique and safety.
Regardless of the time you decide to come for a Cross Training session, you’ll perform the same set of exercises as everyone else – the training program is the same for the entire day and has been carefully developed by our Head Coach, Grzegorz Lichwa. This ensures that no matter the time of day, you’re following the same plan as the rest of the group.
