Cross Training is not just a way to improve your physique, but primarily to build strength, endurance, speed, mobility, and overall fitness. Every workout (WOD – Workout of the Day) is different, so there’s no room for routine or boredom.
You don’t need to be an athlete to start – workouts are scaled, meaning every movement and load can be adjusted to your level and condition. Classes are held in a group, but you work towards your own goals and progress, and our coaches always oversee technique and safety.
Regardless of the time you decide to come for a Cross Training session, you’ll perform the same set of exercises as everyone else – the training program is the same for the entire day and has been carefully developed by a professional. This ensures that no matter the time of day, you’re following the same plan as the rest of the group.
