How the cfbytom.pl website processes data and uses browser storage

Last updated: 24 July 2026

Data controller

The data controller is the CF Bytom club, located at ul. Składowa 2, Bytom, Poland (the “club”). For all matters concerning personal data, contact: [email protected].

This document covers the use of the cfbytom.pl website. The processing of club members’ data (sign-ups, contracts, payments) is described in the separate club Privacy Policy (PDF, in Polish).

What data this website processes

This website is purely informational. We use no analytics, marketing or tracking tools and there are no user accounts.

For the technical operation of the site, standard connection data (IP address, browser details) is recorded in the hosting infrastructure logs — solely to deliver content and to ensure the security and stability of the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest).

Hosting

The website is hosted on Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages / CDN). Cloudflare may process visitors’ IP addresses to deliver content and protect against abuse. Any transfer of data outside the European Economic Area takes place on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) and standard contractual clauses. Details: Cloudflare privacy policy.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not set any cookies. We do not display a cookie banner because there is no consent for such a banner to manage.

We store only functional settings in your browser’s localStorage, at your request:

  • userLangPref — your chosen site language (Polish/English),
  • gmapsAllowed — your decision to load the Google map on the contact page.

This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. You can remove it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser settings.

Google Maps (contact page)

The map is disabled by default and loads only after you click the “Load the map” button. Once clicked, your browser connects to Google’s servers (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC), which receive data such as your IP address and may set their own cookies in line with the Google privacy policy. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the “Hide the map and withdraw consent” link below the map.

Class schedule (WOD Guru)

The “Schedule” page embeds the class calendar of our booking system provider, WOD Guru. Displaying the schedule involves connecting to this provider’s servers (data such as your IP address is transmitted). Details: WOD Guru privacy policy.

The website contains links to external sites (Instagram, Facebook, the wod.guru booking system, our partners’ websites). Once you navigate to those sites, their own privacy rules apply.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Requests can be sent to [email protected].
